Why Fitness

Everybody has a body. Love yours.

That includes paying attention to the way you train your body, as well as how you fuel it and rest it. Fitness is empowering at every age and exercise is simply the best method to preserve, protect and progress a body for a lifespan.

The goal is to maintain all aspects of functional capacity or fitness so that we neither slow down nor die young. The reason behind why I choose exercise: the reward of healthy aging.
