A Morning Run
A morning run, a dose of sun. A fountain bath and a lavender path. A pose in time, yes, freedom is mine.
If you are looking to start your own running routine, I recommend learning how to run first, and then start with something short and effective. Review running technique tips with The Art Of Exercise chapter on running and try a 10 minute daily run. Hop on a treadmill, find a nearby running trail, or just go out your front door for 5 minutes, then turn around and run back. Practice your running form, be consistent and master 10 minutes. You will be amazed at how quickly you become a better runner with this simple formula.
