Everybody has a body. Love yours. That includes paying attention to the way you train your body, as well as how you fuel it and rest it. Exercise, nutrition, and sleep are simply the best methods to preserve, protect, and progress a body for a lifespan.
In an effort to share fitness as a basic human right, I recognize the need for physical literacy and programming; both in school and as continuing education for adults. It is my mission to create a digital platform to promote the planning and practice of exercise.
With The Personal Training Show we use visual literacy and engaging soundtracks to make learning about exercise fun! We also embrace the power of iBooks to simply and instantly provide the know-how and how-to necessary to learn and practice an exercise program.
